Alison and Jayce Larke who have become the first couple to broadcast and share a live birth using Virtual Reality thanks to an endorsement deal from Samsung for their Gear VR product. By contract Jayce had to work in Queensland as his wife went into labour 4,000 km away in Perth, Australia so the idea was to use the Gear VR to help him feel like he was in the delivery room.
